1. Dashboard Overview
The admin dashboard serves as the control panel of the platform, giving access to various key functionalities such as reports, grades, course management, curriculum, and student management. It provides a clear snapshot of system performance and user activities.
2. Course Management
The Course Management section is where admins can create, manage, and organize courses on the platform. Admins can set categories, subcategories, and specific topics. They can also review and list courses, as well as manage the order in which categories appear to users.
3. Grades
This section is used to track student progress and manage their performance across different classes (grades). Admins can view and assign grades based on student performance, allowing for better monitoring of academic progress.
4. Curriculum Management
Curriculum management provides a centralized platform for defining and controlling the educational content delivered to students. Admins can add or update curricula, categorize them, and assign them to specific classes or grades.
5. Student Management
The Student Management section enables admins to handle all student-related information. They can add or remove students, assign them to classes, track their academic performance, and manage their attendance.
6. Parents & Notifications
In this section, the admin can view and manage parent accounts. Notifications regarding student progress or important updates can also be sent directly to parents from this section.
7. CMS (Content Management System)
The CMS section allows for the creation of content pages, like privacy policies or terms of service, which can be placed in the footer or other areas of the platform. The admin can create, edit, and update these pages to keep the content relevant and updated.
8. Help Center
The Help Center is where various guides and tutorials are stored for different users, including administrators, teachers, and students. It serves as a central repository for resources that help users navigate the system effectively.
9. Email Management
This section manages all email configurations. Admins can set up automated emails, adjust email templates, and manage the content of emails sent to students, teachers, and parents.
10. Notification Management
In the Notification Management section, admins can create different notifications for students, teachers, and parents. Notifications can be customized based on specific triggers like course completion, lesson start times, or system updates.
11. Payment & Fees Collection
This section handles all the financial transactions on the platform, including payment collection for course fees, tracking outstanding balances, and managing discounts. Admins can set fee types, process payments, and monitor transaction history.
12. Academic Session
The Academic Session section is where admins set the academic years and semesters. It includes adding start and end dates for each session, as well as managing the details of each semester.
13. Certificate Management
Admins can generate and assign certificates to students for course completion. Certificates can be customized with student information, course details, and specific background images.
14. Tutor Booking Management
This section allows admins to manage tutor-related activities. Admins can handle tutor applications, assign teaching levels, and manage the background images and ratings of tutors.
