Login to the Student Dashboard: After logging into your student account, navigate to the dashboard, where you can access various sections like course materials, calendar, and profile settings.

Go to 'My Profile': On the top right of the dashboard, you will see the "My Profile" option. Click on this to access your personal profile details, including your academic session, username, and track information.

Open the Chat Support Window: On the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, a chat icon will appear. Click on this icon to open the chat window, where you will be greeted with a message indicating the support service is available.

Initiate a Support Conversation: Inside the chat window, you can type your inquiry or request for help. This can be related to course materials, technical issues, or any administrative query. Press "Enter" to submit your question.

Send Attachments or Documents: If your inquiry requires sending attachments or screenshots, click on the paperclip icon within the chat box to upload files that support your request.

Review and Respond: The support team will reply in real time, helping you resolve your issue. You can continue the conversation or close the chat once your issue is resolved.
